Use a Clipboard History Manager
If you use a computer, take a second and install one. Having multiple levels of copy and paste is small but significant. You can just keep copying and copying information from a source, without worrying about ferrying the information over to the destination.
For Mac, I've only used Clipy. But there's a lot of options, just type 'clipboard manager' into github or google.
